What is the shipping cost and how does it work?

The shipping price depends on the destination and the total amount of your order. If you place an order of at least €100 in Spain or Portugal, or €150 if you are in another European Union country, shipping is free.

If you do not reach this amount, the cost will be €3.95 for Spain and Portugal, and €4.95 for the rest of the countries in which we operate. You can also choose the in-store pickup option, which is always free.

Before completing your purchase, you will be able to see how much you will pay for shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can see its status.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Between 1 and 2 business days for shipments to Spain.
  • Between 3 and 5 days for the rest of the European Union.
  • For in-store pickup, the delivery time is between 4 and 9 days.

Please note that these delivery times may vary during periods of high demand, but we will do our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied with it?

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return any item, for any reason. We only ask that the product has not been used or washed, and that it is returned in its original condition, with labels and packaging included. To do so, simply access our returns portal and follow the steps.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

It depends on your order:

If you paid shipping costs on your original order, the return will be free of charge.

If your order included free shipping, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund, depending on the country from which it is made.

What options do I have if I want to exchange an item for another?

If you need a different size or want to exchange a product for another, you can do so from the same returns portal. Simply indicate that you want an exchange and enter the new reference number you want to receive. You have 30 days from receipt of the order to request this.

What happens if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

If your order has arrived with a defect or does not correspond to what you ordered, please access our returns portal and indicate this as the reason. We will take care of it as soon as possible, without you having to pay any additional costs. You can also write to us directly using the contact form if you prefer.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Your card will be charged when you confirm your order. All payments are processed in secure environments, with data encryption and compliance with security standards.

Can I use more than one promotional code for the same purchase?

No, you can only use one promotional code per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions and do not apply to discounted or sale items unless we specifically indicate otherwise.

Is it possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed?

If you have made a mistake or want to make a change to your order, please write to us as soon as possible using the contact form. If the order has not yet been processed, we will try to modify or cancel it. Once it has been prepared or shipped, it will no longer be possible to make changes.
