We  hope you are happy with your purchase, but in case you are not -  please see below for return/exchange instructions. 

You have 14 days to return an item. Kindly note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

Remember that here at SKFK, every part of our business revolves around sustainability and ethical fashion. From our suppliers to fibers, packaging to shipping. Please keep this in mind when you make your purchases. If you have questions regarding your size, please check the size guide. Fewer returns equals a lower Carbon Footprint.  

How do I return my item(s)?

·      Sign in to your SKFK account, go to the MY ORDERS section. Select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return.

·      Under ACTIONS click on the symbol corresponding to REQUEST RETURN (note that this symbol only appears in completed orders and provided that the established legal deadline has not yet expired), select the items(s) you wish to return, the reason for which you want to return and press the REQUEST RETURN button.

·      Place your item(s) and pdf in a package.

·      As soon as we receive your shipment and our Returns Department check your return, you will receive the amount using the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of 7 - 10 days depending on your bank.

·      Please note that if you are not registered, you will need to contact our customer service team to process your return.


·      It's not possible to make exchanges on the Online Store.

·      If you want to change the colour or size of your article, you need to place a return and make a new purchase on the Online Store.

Wrong Orders

·      If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please notify us through the return request detailing the issue within the notes section.

·      Once we haved reviewed the problem, our customer service department will contact you with the steps you need to follow in order to make the return without any additional cost to you.

·      Skunkfunk guarantees the refund or exchange of any defective product if you advise us withinin the maximum of 14 days from the reception of the package.
